Wideners has once fired LC-13, 7.62x51 "test brass" offered for sale. What is the difference between regular 7.62x51 once fired LC brass and this "test brass". The price is higher. Is it somehow better brass?
Test brass I've gotten in the past was reportedly fired in test chambers and headspace isn't ridiculously bad like it is with most machine gun brass. It has been good stuff. Best bet is to call wideners and ask them for clarification. They have pretty decent phone support in my experience.

Wideners has good service and that brass has not been through a machine gun so it should be good to go. Another good place if you don't go the Wideners route is BrassBombers.com | Once Fired Military Brass
