Suppressors NFA revolvable living trust question

I keep putting off suppressors and other NFA items for other firearm related objects, but now I am thinking about taking the plunge.

A well known gun store, that deals in suppressors, gives a copy of a RLT to anyone interested in purchasing one. The trust seems to be prepared by a competent lawyer and it deals specially with NFA/firearm items. It is basically plug a play (if you know what plug goes where).

I filled it out and had a notary sign it. It does not own currently any property.

I heard rumors (you know how that is) that the ATF is now rejecting trusts as new owners of NFA items. Is this true?

If it is still an option, do you think I should have a lawyer look it over or do you think it is safe to just go ahead with any purchases I will make?

Not yet, and no one really nows how it is going to affect it. If you are going to do it, you better get on it.

I just Efiled stuff on a trust 2 days ago.

Wanted to add that I got my trust done for 200 bucks. I got to sit with my lawyer, ask questions, and have someone who will represent me. I would go that route as opposed to a plug and play. When the possibility of a felony is there, I want someone who knows what they are doing to make sure it is correct.
