SAOD LW-50 Lothar Walther barrel?

Since Armalite can't ever seem to have barrels or complete uppers in stock, I'm looking at building one up from parts. Does anybody have any experience with the SAOD LW-50 Lothar Walther barrels? I'm looking at building a DMR rifle and it seems like this barrel should fit the bill but I am curious about the quality and accuracy these barrels are capable of producing.

Larue Tactical uses ALL Walther Lother Barrels for their OBR/Predatobr 7.62 Rifles if that don't say anything on the quality of these Barrel, then I don't know what will. I got the Same 20" Barrel in .223 Wylde Chamber with matching BCG on my MK 12 Mod 1 inspired build and it shoots consistant 1/2 MOA with 69 and 77 Gr Black Hills Ammo.

Not anymore, LT is making their own barrels now.

That is True, but the Larue OBR has been on the Market for a long time and took the Semi Auto and Pricision Industry Storm. All of that was done while they were using the Walther Lother Barrels. Just because they've decided to start investing in making their own barrels does not discount the the fact that Walther Lother Barrel were part of Larue Tactical's Success with the OBR line all these years.

All that aside, as a current owner and user of LW Barrel I Highly Recommend it to anyone whoes looking for a good quality barrel for a custom build.
