Rifle Scopes vortex viper question

I purchased a viper ffp and noticed that the size of my target changes in relation to my recital sustention with different magnifications. I do not have a magnification coefficient marker on the tube like the SFPs do, so I don’t believe I got a sfp in a ffp box but it acts like one. Anyone else have this problem?

Just for example and to clarify a target measuring at 100 yards on 6x reads 2 mil or 2 moa and when on 16x it will read differently such as 1mil or 1 moa, or the opposite 3 mil or 3 moa? If so you definitely need to give Vortex a call.

If you got a SFP scope the reticle would not grow and shrink at all, only the image would.
