Gunsmithing Modifying AI .308 mags for .223 Rem.

Ive been searching for a thread that is here in regards to modifying a 308 AI mag. for shooting .223.
None of the links work , they put me back on the SH homepage.
I have several 5 rd. AI 308 mags that I'm not using and would like to modify them.
Any useful link or info would be appreciated.

You can buy an AI magazine that is made for a 223 if you talking about using a M700 in a chassis or with aftermarket bottom metal:
