I bought a GG&G scope mount (supposedly made by GG&G) from a friend and it doesn't fit my Remington SA. The two rear screws match up but the front is a centimeter longer and the entire mount is longer than the action itself. I talked to GG&G and they said they stopped making the LA mounts 6 years ago.
I am just trying to figure out what it actually fits so I can sell it to someone who needs it.
Any info would be appreciated.

Measurements are:
Length: 6 1/2"
Width: 3/4"
Length between middle screws sets: 4 7/16" (center to center of middle forward and rear screws)
Length between rear screws: 5/8" (center to center)
Length between front screws: 7/8" (center to center)
