So I have a lot do old brass, and am wondering how much it affects accuracy. The smaller cases I'm shooting don't seem to lose accuracy, but my magnum rounds seem to be losing consistency. Has anybody experienced this as well, or am I up in the night?

"old" as in sitting in storage for a long time? Or "old" as in many rounds fired?

When you say magnum, are they belted magnums? I so are you setting up sizer to headspace off belt? If so try setting up to headspace off of shoulder like non belted case..
