This rifle is spec'd with Badger Ordnance USMC rings for the S&B 3-12x50 and I have a 5-25x56 PMII. Has anyone used the rings that are included with the rifle on the 56mm objective or did you ask GA Precision to spec a higher ring height? I know their rifle is as "MIL SPEC" as they come, so I also wasn't sure if they'd allow you to specify a higher ring on the rifle...

Just ask em. I specified the rings that I wanted w/o a problem. As far as those being the right height I have no idea.
Spec rings work fine with that objective size. Have used "A5" spec rings with a 5-25x56 with no problems.
Listen to this guy, he knows a thing or twenty about them.
