There several ways to reprime Berdan brass, and recycling the brass trumps all of them, IMHO. This from a guy who reloads Boxer primed ferrous .223 cases.
I would try to reload berdan brass as a last ditch shtf. Primers are availabe but finding the right ones for the brass you have is poke and hope. Others have drilled holes and made bushing so they can use small boxer primers. This would increase the chance of primer blow out.
I wouldn't mess around with trying to reload it, but tt doesn't cost anything to put an add up to try and sell the brass for a few bucks more than scrap would net you. There may be someone out there who wants it.

Reloading berdan brass, let me think. I would do it for some caliber so like 700 nitro express or some such but 308 is way too common in boxer form to waste time trying to salvage berdan primed cases
Recycle bucket they would go.
Cheers.
