I don't believe it, California gun laws keep people safe.
First condolences to the victims and an excruciating eternity in Hell for the shooter....
Now the comments required by the times...
This one doesnt fit the normal pattern.
Usually the shoots seem to occur when the left needs a change in news cycle.
The left has red meat in their sights today with the Acosta shit show and organizing rallies to require the new temp AG recuse himself from the Mueller witch hunt.
Im thinking this one will be an international terrorist or an unbalanced conservative triggered by losing the house. Simplest solution is loser male that had some girlfriend issue.

“While I was inside I would say [I heard]…about a good 30 seconds [of gunshots]…he had two rounds that I know with him. He changed them within about six seconds, which was really fast,” she recalled.
“So he knew what he was doing and he also had perfect form. When I looked back he was spot on,” she added.
So he must be good if he was able to do all that with a single shot, or at least loading loose rounds.
