What is your favorite stock that you're running now or have run? Brand and material would be nice to know. Thanks!

In terms of actual stocks, I’ve used the McMillan A3 and A4 stocks, along with the the Magpul Hunter 700 and wooden M1A stock.

I prefer the A4 to the A3 and would like to try out the A10 and A6 Adj. The hunter was great for the wife’s lightweight budget setup under $200, but that’s about it. I loved the feel of an old school fiberglass stock until I ran a friend’s AI AX. Now the wife’s rifle has an AICS AX and I’m going to snag myself an AI AXSA. Just feels right.

I like my Bravo for my do all rig but love my MPA chassis for match rigs. Now is the almost triple increase in price worth it, that’s debatable.

I like the Hs pss stock it it feels good in my hands and is reasonably priced

McMillan A4 is my favorite, but I have no issues getting behind an A3 or A5 either.

Manners T4A has been my favorite for a long time. Then the Bravo’s came out. I’m not a fan of chassis, but I am really comfortable behind the Bravo. Hard to beat, for the price.

Not qualified to compare because all I own are Manners, (2) T6As, and a PRS2, but I’ve been very happy with them.
Looking forward to a T2A-GAP for a 300 PRC that’s a few months out.

One of my favorites though is a factory wooden stock on a Daystate AirWolf pcp.

have seen a few hand carved hardwood stocks that were breathtaking , sadly i own none of them instead I own a mass produced aluminum stock it works extremely well that anyone could buy them , but still dreaming of that unique hand carved wood stocks . My least favorite is plastic , composites may have there place its just not my cup of tea . cocobolo wood , iron wood, tigerwood would be my prefered wood and a few walnuts and maples would be great to own to try making my own stock out of .

Manners. Fill and shell dictated by the intended use. T2, T6, EH1, PRS 2. If weight isn't necessarily a concern I opt for the mini-chassis.

Very curious to get the Xylo and see what it's all about.

I don't own one but have handled and shot a couple of Foundations. It will definitely be my next stock purchase. My Bravo gets the job done for now.

Have a Bravo...its ok for a cheaper stock. manners T2 was good but palmswell was a bit big for my hands. AI AT pistolgrip is good but right now I am running old fashioned AI thumbhole and am liking that one best so far.

I love my manners stocks. I have the prs1 and the compact 2.0 stock. They just fit me better and I am more comfortable behind them. Foundation are great stocks but the grip was too narrow for me and I just didn’t like the way it felt as much as the manners. I also had an mpa. That’s a great chassis but just never felt right for me. I have the gen 2 mini chassis in my stocks which makes switching between actions as easy as loosening two bolts. Couldn’t be happier.

I went with a Foundation Exodus. Haven’t had a lot of time behind anything else, so no comparisons, but I have really liked the Foundation so far. Micarta, Adjustability, looks great, solid stock.

Most of my rifles have McM A-5 with KMW adjustable cheekrest hardware and Surgeon DBM, also one rifle with a Manners T4A with KMW cheekrest hardware. I also like KMW Sentinel stocks and DBM. Chassis preference -- anything AI

Even though i like my jallen my favorite is my McMillan A10, standard fill. Jp apacs prototype is the most comfortable straight up chassis. While heavy the ergonomics of the apacs are perfect for me, (I don't consider my jae a chassis).

My absolute, no holds barred, favorite stock ever is the Factory Pillar Bedded McMillan A3 Tactical stock on my SH Ghost Dancer Savage .260, dating back to late 2001, and then early 2002 (when it went back in for the pillar bedding). When Kelly sent us the stocks in 2001, they were painted a very nice flat Ghost Gray that set them apart and matched the project's name perfectly. It has an adjustable height/side position Cheek Rest, and a spacer adjustable LOP, which can be hard to make up for my personal LOP.

My subsequent pair of Savage F T/R rifles are Factory Plain Jane Savage 11VT's in Choate Savage Tactical Stocks. Mine us three 3/4" butt extensions each. I set them up as a project to configure an affordable entry level F T/R Rifle. They are SAAMI chambered in .223/5.56 for MR and Training, and .308/7.62 for LR.

For stock: Manners T4A or MCM A4 (or H&S with surgeon BM or Spartan BM milled in, (for a budget). Someday I will get to try a Sentinel.
For chassis: McRee G10

My favorite KRG Bravo, unbeatable price, right size palm, I can add all the accessories, weights, a.s.o. that I want, or leave them off. My second choice is the KRG Whiskey 3, and third Manners PRS 1 with Gen II mini-chassis.

For hunting I like the Echols Legend stock on my M70 stainless. The Hill Country Rifles Rifleman stock feels really good too. Both made by McMillan

My favorite right now is the McMillan Varmint on my Tango 51...it just feels right.

I would like to try the Manners EH1A next.
