So, the only way they could review my Facebook posts (as an example) would be to demand my user ID and password.
I would think this is a violation of the 4th and 5th Amendments. Possibly a 1st and 14th Amendment violation as well.

Women and minority voters did this
Well why didn’t you keep your wimmins edgumacated on reality all these years instead of handing them over to the likes of the housewives of New York reality series and the gay food network channel?
Menfolk dropped the ball on societal rot too.

Public or private message?
Ip address?

Concerning your Constitutional rights on social media and here.I guess I'm not understanding your question. Protected? With my actions on this site? Yeah... not following. Sorry.
Concerning your Constitutional rights on social media and here.
They'll find and twist and use anything.
We are the very low hanging fruit compared to a billionaire/President.

I'd like to agree.I'm suggesting that the law, if passed, could and would be challenged in court on a constitutional basis. I have not suggested I feel "immune" to anything. Anyone who wants to search me up on Google is free to do so. But, I won't volunteer my passwords to anything. Thankfully, I don't live in the un-free nation of New York.
They let it happen!Well why didn’t you keep your wimmins edgumacated on reality all these years instead of handing them over to the likes of the housewives of New York reality series and the gay food network channel?

I'd like to agree.
SCOTUS is all but dead in the water.
And those pushing this BS know it.
They've dodged 2nd amendment work consistently.
I'm not arguing with you, don't believe we can rely on the same system screwing us.

We let it happen!
So they can blow me on every one of these bills. Sick of living in fear of what these retards want to jam down our throats just because they think they can.
Oh yeah, these are the same assholes that just passed bail reform to allow criminals, rapists, murderers and any other repeat offenders to walk the streets but they want me to have a million dollar insurance policy "in case" I do something wrong?
Downstate politicians and the Governors office in NY is a joke and that's a compliment. Just when I thought the dumb couldn't get any dumber they certainly don't disappoint and regardless of whether or not these pass, if a serious cleansing does not take place at the next election it's time to start looking at a move.
The end result they are looking at is just to gradually remove all firearms and ammunition from the state of NY over time. Would be very admirable if the ones that vote in favor of doing so start showing up door to door to take what isn't rightfully theirs. But I'm guessing we won't be seeing them anytime soon.
Well as long as the next one is insured everything is good right?Incrementalism is no longer applied over generations.
Its now per mass murder event.
Has anyone else seen the Bloomberg/Cuomo commercial pushing for more gun control for New Yorkers?
I have only seen it on before the morning news downstate.
Yeah just like they did for the SafeAct right?I am sure that the NRA has lawyers all over this.
They will get this and all the other things they can dream up. The state(s?) has/have been gerrymandered up so thoroughly that voices outside the big city are totally disenfranchised; by the law being used to destroy the law.
I did the only thing I could still do about it.
I escaped to AZ.
I estimate the move cost us at least $60,000 in losses and expenses. In truth, we took the bath. Then the relatives arrived.
It was still a bargain.
New York, OTOH, will get to wallow in the joys of Liberal Excess. Good riddance.
FUAC!
