I know the Kindle version is out, now the hardcopies just arrived,

Pictures could have used a bit of contrast in printing, but otherwise will be interested to read it :)

Should make for some decent bathroom reading

Congratulations @lowlight!

Still waiting for my copy to ship from Amazon. I hope it gets here soon, because I'm getting ready to purchase my first optic and need to know if MOA or MIL is better.

The Original Cover Image was funny, it had just enough wrong and I refused to use it, and they were like, what is the issue, it's good, Harris on backward, some dude I don't know.

It sort of amazes what they will compromise on, I wanted 5 images changed, that was shot down, I didn't like one chapter had a word split between pages, still there.

But the cover is all me, AI, Zco, Prime Ammo, my databook with a Kestrel. Tools

Then tell us what images you wanted replaced and post them here. We can make our own upgraded version. The Snipers Hide Exclusive Edition.

Is it true that buyers who are 5'6" and under will receive a special edition of the book with a chapter on shooting precision rifle while height impaired? Sections of this chapter should include:

"Stock spacers - throw them in the trash"

"How to tippy-toe while shooting over a barrier"

"Shooting under barriers - your time to shine"

"Everyone is short while prone"

Asking for a friend.

Maybe I'm wrong; but I'm guessing this is the first volume of a series...

Hope so...

About 20% in; there has to be about a dozen things I'll be doing differently from now on.

Greg

PS How do you find the time to do this stuff too...?

After retiring last June I now will have some free time to try to become proficient with my ‘tools’. At 71 & not getting calls at 2:00AM saying, you have come in, the system crashed & it was in the update the registration data base step. Database was called, they too are on their way in.
Ordered the book, hope I am not to old & started to late. Well, at least I am vertical in life.

Placed my order with Amazon 11 days ago, and it's still showing "Not Yet Shipped" :( Practically, this is no concern as my to-read pile is already quite substantial, but I'm also willing to bump it to the front of the line when it arrives.

I ordered mine from Gun Digest as well.
Looking forward to reading it.
I read John L. Plasters book a few times, always enjoyed his perspective.

Stand on the book for shooting over a barrier.

Many thanks and congrats on the book Frank. I look forward to putting it on the reference shelf next to my notes from Fort Morgan.

For the rest of yews... the important parts have been circled in e-crayon so y'all dont have to bitch about not having it for the next 3 weeks.
