Re: Limited to "stock" on hand? I think its a good question. But have to add, that there is always someone improving on the original. Otherwise we'd still be chasing animals with rocks and sticks. I guess that the reason the barrel and stocks are "axed" for the start, is there are just better...- 270guy

Hi All, looking at having drop out mag for my project 6.5x47 Lapua, built on trued Rem 700 S/A, in B&C Light tactical stock (Aliminium bedding block). Just wondering who has used one, how much inleting is needed (says is not a drop in fit),and is it to both, the footprint and mag well cut of...- 270guy

Re: Budget Stock Hi, I've been going down the same road, as you. I have been looking for a used HS Precision, but no luck or too slow. I've got a new B & C on the way, $200 plus shipping. I tried a Hogue with pillars, waste of time. Good luck.- 270guy
