I wonder it the 6 o'clock lug would work with ar-15 magazines for the 223 and similar calibers? COAL would be restricted, but mags are plentiful. Does anyone make an ar15 dbm besides PT&G?
I really like the yhm qd system for semiauto platforms. simple, taper for sealing/alignment, one hand on/off and inexpensive. only negative is weight, but the micro version are bringing that down.
I also bought one of these stocks, so I'm interested to read responses to your question. I'll probably drop my 16" 300blk rem 700 into the one I bought. If I really like the stock, I might build a sbr in 375raptor or 8.6blackout for pig hunting off it. Ive been wanting a bolt sbr lately.
Noveske added some eh4 stocks to their sale. I just bought one. https://noveske.com/products/manners-mcs-eh4-elite-hunter-stock-noveske-custom-contour/ Sam

Hey bubba, What is you primary intended use for the rifle? If its long range hunting, I'd recommend a seekins havak in 300 wm. They run about $1600 new, but you might be able to find a deal in the PX. Sam
With the acis wsm mags you should be able to load out to 2.950" coal. Keep in mind the archimedes isn't cut for standard rem bdl bottom metal, so you will need to run m5 bottom metal. I believe the mausingfield is cut for the bdl and m5. Sam
