    OP, which village? I'm in Canal Winchester. Roughly 6 weeks ago one of the streets near me had a bunch of patch work done, almost a week of crews working. Month later the entire street was completely torn up and totally repaved! Street is almost a mile long, talk about waste of tax payer money.
