H4895 works really well with 75eldm .020off in my 223 wylde. Tac and 77smk makes a nice load that goes good on a Dillon. Both loads run 2995-3010 in a 24" proof steel.
Tikka are 1.20 across flats, but they put a small radiused lip on receiver front to blend the flats(action) to round(barrel). Factory Tikka barrels are 1.12-1.14 diameter at the shoulder. When I had a few Tikka, I had my Smith remove the radius during truing and ran m24 or LV(1.20) barrels...
Bix n Andy tacsport or tacsport pro will come the closest to a giessle in travel and weight, trying to duplicate. A cg jackson/xtreme trigger would be a close 2nd.
So far so good with 90gr bergers and h4831sc in a 7tw criterion at 3225ish. Original load was 3210, barrel sped up to 3280 but still worked fine. I backed down to 3225.
