I've had a Primary Arms PLXc 1-8 rattling around in a vehicle for a long time. Never had an issue and never needed to re zero it. For the money it's a damn solid scope.
I like the Alpha Omega Kydex stuff. He's local and does good work. But FYI Vertx does make adjustable velcro holsters and mag carriers for their line of bags.
My new SPR has a 5/8x24 muzzle thread. I initially wanted to run my SOCOM mini on it. But that's a no go. Surefire does not make a 5/8x24 device that their 556 can will fit on.
https://www.spiritussystems.com/34-alpha-chest-rig/ I'd recommend a lower profile split front rig. Put a couple pouches on it and your good to go. You can buckle it up if your walking long distances but if your standing around and going prone you can just keep it un buckled.
