    Re: Amount of powder allowed in Texas As for the container, it is supposed to be wood. Probably for the reason you stated. I was thinking the same thing about the Fire Dept. Luckily I don't have any city ordinances to deal with. I live about 3 blocks from the city limit. Thanks for the idea.
