    I have had good results with a similar load. 44 gr Varget 175 smk Lapua brass Remington 9 1/2 primer OAL is 2.815 IIRC I tried working up to 45 grains but got some pressure signs at 44.5 and serious pressure signs at 45, and accuracy started falling off above 44 so I stayed there...

    My AAC-SD had a big burr on the crown from the factory. I just gently pulled it off and it shoots well, but I think it goes to show Remington's QC is lacking.
