I found a good accuracy node with my AX308 using .5gr increments just fine. The orange stickers are 3" and all ladders were 300y using 175gr SMK, 2.800" COL. The powders were Varget, R-15, and IMR-4064.

I have a Kimber 84L Montana that is based on the M70. .3moa at 100y. It is interesting that most actions you see on custom and high end factory rifles are push feed style actions. I don't see anything wrong with push feed or controlled round feed.

I knew that the zero would not be the same. I just was not expecting the horizontal shift to be 1.2 mil at 100. As long as the shift is consistent then no need to worry.
