I briefly looked at it, but took no measurements.
I just figured it wasnt due to this because I have had 2 different stocks mounted with 2 different studs...maybe both are off kilter

Im sure buying a swivel bipod would solve my issue but I rather not spend that kind of money when I have a bipod already. But if that is the only way to fix my problem I will contact Harris
The problem:
I have a rem 700 rifle with a harris non swivel bipod on it. It is significantly "canted" to the right, I almost have to go up a complete click on the right leg in order to level it out. I had a stock varmint stock on there and it has had the same issue as with the current hs...
