Best "combat" boots?

In Fairbanks, Alaska. Crispi Thor II for light, durable, all terrain (including rock/shale) are good to about mid September. After that, walking boot once light snow hits is the Salomon Quest series, but you need warmer boots if you plan to sit a while. For cold, that is a whole different...- Arctic Trigger
