Re: New Weaver tactical 3-15x50 I bought the #19 for mine and it fits ok but is easy to knock off. The solution is one layer of black electrical tape around the bell. It centers up well and stays in place.

Re: Millett 4-16x50 TRS-1 The only one of three that I kept originally had a bad illuminator switch. It cost me shipping both ways to get Bushnell to fix it under warranty. This one is leaving town as soon as a better one arrives.

Re: Millett TRS-1 MIL/MIL I sent in my first one, BK81001, for a defective illuminator switch. It was fixed correctly and returned in about two weeks. However, the repairs are done by Bushnell and it cost me freight both ways even though it was new. UPS or Fedex is ok.

Re: Millett TRS-1 MIL/MIL You need to look for model number BK81008 for the mil/mil version. Check the image at 16x and if milky with critical eye position, you might want to return it for a different brand.

Re: SWFA SS 5-20x50 HD Picture thread....... The correct shade will have a thread of M56-0.75 with an O.D. of 60mm. There are some cheap ones with 59mm O.D. but the step down makes it look rather ugly.

Re: New Weaver tactical 3-15x50 I've noticed on my 3-15 that the focus adjust doesn't do anything at 3x as all distances are in focus. At 15x, it behaves as expected. I would buy another except for the fact I'm on the waiting list for an SS5-20.
