    Re: DE 44 MAG LOAD ISSUES - ASKING FOR ADVISE I have a MK VII .44 mag, I load 23 gr. of 296 with 240 nosler soft points and 4227 (can't remember charge wt) with the same bullet with no function issues. 296 has more flash and recoil and burns a little cleaner.
