Rifle Scopes best scope for less then $350?
Re: best scope for less then $350? I've shot both Millett and Nikon. I prefer the clarity and clean look of the Millett glass. The Nikon seems to have a bit of color distortion.- Bakoshooter

Fieldcraft What distance is your zero?

If you've got an SPS-V (26" HV bbl w/ the synthetic stock) I would get into a real stock, first. Then go with a good trigger (my factory adjustable trigger would never stay...- Bakoshooter

Re: Trigger seletion / narrowed to 3 / feedback needed I run Timney in both mine, brother in law has a Geissele. I prefer the single stage and the Timney seems to have a cleaner release. The Timney is faster to install and just be sure to torque down the tension screws.- Bakoshooter

I've the same rifle and I started with a decent optic, then got rid of the horrible plastic SPS-V stock (went with a McRee chassis) and switched to a Timney trigger and my groups have dropped in half.
