I really like the bushnell ar low power scope 1-4x24 but hate the bdc reticle mainly because running handloads more than likely wont jive. I am looking for a sub $300 scope with mildot, EXPOSED turrets and no exit bell (so after the turrets the tube stays the same size) I have tried...

When I do load developement and I find 4 or 5 charges I like I usually shoot 3 5 shot groups of each one....Should I judge my best charge by overall best group measurement or by the group with the least amount of elevation spread and attribute the left and right to be shooter error?

Re: Reloading bench surface I found a 6 ft peice of laminate countertop at a second hand building supplies store and use it....where my reloading press sets I cut two pieces of 1/4" aluminum plate and sandwiched them on top and bottom of the coutnertop so that the repetitive pressing motion...

Purchased one of these impact bullet puller, its time consuming for my 223 but its better than nothing. When I try to use it with my 7mm mag (belted mag case) the belt eats away at the flat part of the collet and then lets a full round drop through. My solution was to turn the collet upside...
