    Anybody shooting a short bbl in 7mm short? Re-barreling now that deer season is over. Going either .308 or 7mm....really want the 7 just want to go short if possible... Any comments?

    Re: 123 lapuas for hunting Don't miss vitals! I have had problems with them not expanding and pin holing deer. I killed 2 with 123 scenars. One 8 pointer ran about 60 - 70 yards. The other was a piss poor shot and hit in the guts. Never recovered him, even with a hired tracking dog...

    Got him yesterday evening just before dark. He came out in a food plot running does. Ran them off then came back by himself to feed. Shot him about 170 yards with a 120 amax from my APA 6.5 Lapua. He only took 3 bounds and fell over dead! He has a forked G2 on his right side. Its hard to...
