Rifle Scopes Rings and Bases for New Scope and Rifle
I've got a new Remington 700 with the bull barrel in stainless. I bought a Zeiss Conquest 6.5x20x50 scope, with 1-inch tubes. Manual says the scope should be mounted on the rifle at an angle of approximately 20 angular minutes using commercially avaiable mounting system. I'm a total newbie here...- bluzy788

Re: Do match primers really make a difference? Just bought a new rifle. Waiting on glass to arrive. Just got some nice premium brass and match bullets. The reloading book says to use Federal 210M Match primers. I can't find them anywhere. Four local retailers don't have any in stock and...- bluzy788

New scope for my AR15
Re: New scope for my AR15 I'm also looking for a scope for my AR15. I want to do some longer range shooting: 400, 500 yds. I've put 5000 rounds thru the rifle using only iron sights. Do I need 20X magnification? Do I need an expensive scope? My budget is around $1200. Thoughts? Bushnell 4200...- bluzy788
