Need advice ... which 7mm PRC?

Considering a move to the 7mm PRC and would like some advice on which rifle(s) to consider and which rifle(s) to avoid. Are there good "off the shelf" rifles out there or should I pay for a custom build? I would like to stay in the $2500 -$5000 range if possible. Is there a good selection of...

    Question for Quickload users

I shoot an FN SPR A3G with a 24" fluted barrel. I recently installed a muzzle break which adds roughly 2" to my barrel length. I use Quickload to get a starting point for my load development. The question is whether to use 24" as the barrel length value or 26". Any advice is greatly appreciated. Bob

    Range Report Should know better

I've had that happen to me. I have incorporated checking all mounting screws into my (pre)range checklist.

    Spell it out for me

There is a number of manufacturers who produce high-quality handloading equipment and components. I began by purchasing a "kit" and, as I learned more and became more skilled and proficient, I began to systematically replace one piece of equipment with another of higher quality and precision.

    Handloading Checklist Thoughts and Comments

If the steps on your check list are sequential, shouldn't you anneal before resizing your brass?

Ultrasonic Cleaner - what's best to put in ?

tridiumk - yes, you've got it right. Filling the tank wastes cleaning solution and is messier than the way I do it. It's a matter of personal preference I guess.
