Excessive bullet seating force despite using mandrel expander
Not certain that I have an answer, but I follow much the same process that you do. I clean with SS pins, anneal, and use a 21st Century expander using Redding neck lube. I would add that I use a 21st Century black nitride mandrel. Huge difference over SS or carbide! I then use a bore brush...- Boostmeister

Which expander mandrel are you using?
I had used a Wilson expander mandrel for 6.5 CM and recently acquired a 21st Century expander in black nitride. The difference in force was an eye opener. I dip the necks in Redding dry neck lube and then run them through the expander. Amazing how smooth the 21st Century black nitride mandrel...- Boostmeister

Tikka T3x Tac A1 trigger spring
Can't speak to the MCARBO stuff, but I installed a YODAVE trigger spring in my Tikka T3X TAC A1 and couldn't be happier. Massive change for minimal investment.- Boostmeister
