    Turkey vest

With turkey season coming up, I'm looking at vests and more importantly seats. Who makes one that doesn't completly suck, like the cabelas seats that go flat and hurt your ass after 15 minutes? I'd love to get the new m2 from hunting public/tethrd but it's out of my price range. I'm more of a...

    Teaching kids to shoot

Thanks for all the replies and insights. I hadn't thought of using a red dot on the .22 to start, I'll be doing that to build her confidence. With a rifle I can see what feels natural wasy enough, bows are harder since the risers are one hand or the other. She bats left handed and throws lefty...

    Teaching kids to shoot

Its time to teach my 6 year old to shoot (.22 and youth bow) She's left handed (like me), but I'm pretty certain she's right eye dominant ( not like me). Question to the hide, should I match her up to her dominant hand or eye? Teach her to hold rifle/ bow right handed or left? I'm thinking...

    Investing/Stocks

Tried ish for a couple years. Didn't work. Got laid off last year but lucked into a better job and more money. Running the plan as described. The freedom and security from following the plan is great. I paused investing to stockpile cash when the twins were born and to finish the debt snowball...

    Investing/Stocks

Do the entire ramsey plan and get to baby step 4 asap. Don't do it, ish. I picked up his newest book. The data in the back is interesting, but the real moral is invest at the proper amount and don't stop, month over month, year over year. Working on my plan to retire at 55 and have land/custom...

    Home defense IFAK?

Dark angel medical has good kits. I keep one with a cat gen 7 in the night stand. Also have them in the vehicles and keep a tourniquet in my chainsaw chaps. Also have one in the garage near my saws. The dark angel class I took was good too.

Maggie’s Where is your back in a Bar, Restaurant, Coffee Shop or Café?

Back to the wall, or at least watching the main seating area or travel area. Outside seat on the booth. If needed, would scoop up kids and go out through the kitchen.

Movie Theater Old Henry - Put it on your “Must Watch” list

It was really good. Kicked myself for not picking up on the clues. They did a really good job with it.

Hadnt considered moisture, i was thinking more so about trapping more heat within the box. I was going to put 2x2s under then for the lid frame. But still working on design.
