    Remember our 20" 308s are work horses not race horses. Thats how i use mine. If i want something stupid to race with id buy one.

    Yea they shoot well. Got a 1 in 8 twist. 20" 2500fps 25 Thou off the lands. Mag feed well. 3/4" groups and smaller.

    Ok the reason i was asking about the engagement distances that were for snipers is because they take the lot and divide it by the number which just gives you the middle. What I wanted to look at was the percentage on a certain distance. Example. 100m - 3% 200m -5% 300m - 10% 400m - 8% 500m - 9%...

    AI AXMC 300NM FPS ISSUES ?

    Looking at purchasing an AI in 300 NM heard there are case pressure issues and people are only getting around 2800 fps with the 230 gr berger bullets from a 26" barrel. Very light load. Could anyone shed some light on this please?
