Rifle Scopes Condition of "Demo Units" From Cameraland

I have purchased plenty of glass from CL both demo & new, have also referred many friends to them. I got the vortex ranger 1000 from them, which is the only ranger finder I know of with a lifetime warranty. Cameraland is definitely GTG in my book.

    .243 case head separation

Re: .243 case head separation Turbo's pics in this forum are what I am seeing on my cases. I have also had flattened primers with loads a grain or 2 below book max. This has always been an issue with this gun, so I have been very careful about over charges. The gun shoots great. I think I...

    .243 case head separation

Question for the experts. Do certain calibers display casehead separation with less loadings than other calibers. I have a Weatherby Vanguard in .243 that casehead sep. shows up after about 3-4 firings. I always just bump the shoulder back. Has never come apart on opening the bolt, have caught...

    Rifle Scopes Mil turret clicks

Re: Mil turret clicks Roggom thanks for the reply. So 1 click on a Mil scope is 0.1 or 1/10th of a mil regardless of the range. Correct? I want to start thinking in Mils. That is what I was attempting to do today by using my reticle, but I keep looking @ the 1" squares on the target. Thank...

    Rifle Scopes Mil turret clicks

I am new to LR shooting. A 1/4" click scope moves POI 1/4" @ 100, 1/2" @ 200, 3/4" @ 300. Does a Mil scope work in the same manner? I understand Mil scopes are 1/3" @ 100. So is the Mil scope 2/3" @ 200 Etc.... I have the SS 5-20x50 & like it alot. I have learned alot from all the experienced...

    strange 30/06 case

Re: strange 30/06 case I wont be using these cases, just picked up to sell as scrap. Yes they are longer than regular 06. The indented bands on them were pretty irregular. Thanks for the replies. The SPRG is short for Springfield.

    strange 30/06 case

Re: strange 30/06 case Hello Kinsman any ideas what that indented band is. Its 10 thousands deeper than the rest of the case body. Anyone have any ideas what might cause that. I picked this up @ the forest service range, there were alot of them. Brubo
