Forgive me for asking... what is the purpose of teh flutted bolt... I know that flutes increase surface area and allow metal to cool faster but does the bolt really get that hot... Or is it to shave weight from the rifle... Once again I am sorry if this question seems silly, I just cant wrap my...- Buddy Shaw
