    Ron, is the Cadet L81 barrel the same as the M82 barrel? I found the specs on the M82 barrel and these match them spec for spec. Diameter at the muzzle--.905" Length--26" Muzzle is beveled 45 degrees on the edge.

    Shank diameter is 1.1" or so. TPI appears to be about 12.

    Haven't slugged it, but my CMP muzzle gauge is less than "0", so muzzles are very tight. Bores are sharp and shiny.

    I've continued to shoot in the weekly .22 match at my range. One week it is 100 yards, the next 50 yards. I use both my Remington 40X and my Winchester 52D for the 100 yard match.
