PM me price, sporter contour bbl?

I’m looking for a Mcmillan for a R700, RH, SA, BDL inlet, sporter contour with edge fill. Would like a painted camo, but open to solid colors as well. Prefer McMillan Hunter, Sako Hunter, mountain rifle style stocks but open to others. Let me know what you’ve got.

Re: Very large Kentucky deer taken by bow this weekend That damned deer looks like a thoroughbred. Almost no fat on him and pure muscle. Hell of a nice deer, KY always produces some monsters. Probably one of the best states to hunt large whitetail in that hasn't been too over populated...

Re: S&W 629 Classic rear sight I have heard about Bowen sights, hadn't had any experience with them though. I do sometimes shoot 20-30 yds with the pistol and like the adjustable sight they have, just concerned about the same issues that I have with the stock sight.

I have a S&W 629 classic that I carry as a backup when I run dogs and have twice now lost the rear sight pin that adjusts the height of the sight. Is there any other options that anyone out there has found as a solution to this problem? Any good after market rear sights that can take some...

Re: Wondering about Max cal size for hunting. It isn't a great idea to shoot anything without hearing protection.... If you shoot a .22 with out hearing protection it can cause hearing damage. I hunt with a Remington .300 WM XCR (no brake) and it doesn't recoil bad at all. Throw a nice limb...
