    Slow TikkaBarrel

    Frank, you have mentioned several times that your Tikka TAC, 24in barrel I think, has a slow barrel on it and now you are going to rebarrel it. My 24 in CTR shooting factory loads is producing the same speeds as yours which I had hoped would be faster...
