    AK 47 question

Re: AK 47 question Was looking around some more on my off time on the net. I might just end up getting a NIB Saiga 308 for $500; put new furniture on it and send it to rifle dynamics to get it fixed up. would run around couple hundred more than buying brand new arsenal. Not to bad at all...

    AK 47 question

I know what you are thinking. What the hell, AK 47 on this forum; this guy is crazy. Hear me out first. I used to own a Romanian SAR 5.45x39 AK74. I sold it to a friend of mine over a year ago and have kicked my self in the A$* ever since. It wasn't very accurate but ammo was cheap and it was...

New to Precision Rifles and looking for guidance.

Re: New to Precision Rifles and looking for guidance. I recommend Remington R5. You can pick one up on gunbroker for 950. If you plan on spending alot of coin on a scope buy the SPS, and use the rest of the 1500 on scope. Vortex Viper PST and SWFA SS is a good scope for the money.

The piston-driven AR several years on...

Re: The piston-driven AR several years on... I'm gonna get yelled at this for sure. Sorry to get off topic on accuracy between the two. Has any owners of a piston AR's experienced any damage resulting from the piston hammering away at the bolt carrier?

The piston-driven AR several years on...

Re: The piston-driven AR several years on... I was wondering the same. how much more accurate if any are DI vs Piston. I myself only have experience with DI. I hear everyone talking about how they love their POF and LWRC and was thinking of purchasing a POF 308. As far as claims of damage to...
