New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
Unique is the answer. It’s dirty for sure, but meets your requirements. Case fill…. Meh
It will spike if pushed though. Since you already have H110 you don’t have to worry about that.
I personally don’t like that my gen 1 doesn’t cam over. It makes for a very inconsistent feel. It does make excellent ammo though. I also take it to the range periodically and the primer tray has never failed to fall out in the truck. I’ve since learned to just leave it at home.

Owning a 419 Zero I would recommend buying a Redding T-7 instead. I have both and unless you have a very healthy budget you could invest the difference on other components.
If budget is not an issue then go for it, they both make great ammo.
I actually tested this a couple of years ago and ran them across the magneto. Groups of 20 if I recall correctly. I tried various depths plus bottomed out. There was no appreciable difference in es or sd. I just bottom them out and roll on now. This was on a fairly well refined load and...
I would say both would do the job at 550. My ZCO 527 can spot holes at 500 when the weather is right, although it is better than most cheaper spotters.
Yall make shit way too hard.
The answer is yes. The larger diameter will be faster at the end of the barrel with equal pressure. It will take more powder to achieve that pressure. The larger bore diameter allows for it while keeping the same pressure. This all enables a higher velocity at...
This is an excellent thread and the answer appears to be wet mounting. The theory of what happening isn't as clear to me. The OP, who damn sure did the work, suggest the grease allows it to return to its location. My thoughts, and it appears a few others as well, think it’s never truly seated...
Pull a bullet from the factory ammo and take all measurements against the ones you’ve bought to load. Often factory things have a slightly different spec than what you buy after. Tires on a car come to mind. Nosler partitions often have an over run of a bastard size they sell as seconds...
Rock Chucker or T-7 is the answer. Although I load on a 419 Zero now, I made excellent ammo with a Lee Challenger and Lee dies. Attention to detail is the key. The Challenger takes a lot more of that attention.
Use the chargemaster and trickle up like you suggested. Hit it where 1 kernel of...
