    Niles, Did the H2 buffer get rid of your ejector marks? I'm getting extractor cut marks at medium/high pressures without ejector marks. I've polished the lip where the extractor cut is on the bolt, but I don't think that's going to cure it. I've already adjusted the gas block to where it will...

    Virgin ( Fed. 75gr TMJ ammo) measured ~1.263" with my .330 insert. Don't have any virgin Fed brass on hand, but it's a decent bet they use the same brass in the ammo. My once fired is coming out at ~1.267" If your brass is in spec when you load it and it's coming out .012" longer after firing...
