American made medium power optic (3-18+)
You’re not really gonna much. Maybe the Leupold stuff but optical quality is ok. The vortex AMG is discontinued now. Go European and you’ll have better luck.- Covertnoob5

PRS Talk Accutac FD-4 Cant tension
Having this exact issue with my FD4. I talked to a really too shooter that uses accutac a lot and he polishes the surface where the knob is. He feels it’s the surface finish that cause the bipod to loosen tension. Haven’t had time to do it on mine yet but I always carry 2 bipods anyway. For now...- Covertnoob5

not new but a shit thing to do to another small company. China copying shit is one thing but a former dealer of the Chad and someone that’s very involved in the sport as a smith and competitor. Yea the other tough part with that setup is target transitions. And not as good for training. I do like being able to watch back and see exact how steady I was or where exactly I was when I broke the shot etc.- Covertnoob5

5/10. It puts a dark tint over everything, takes up the eye relief, and destroys the eyebox. It’s certainly a disadvantage running one but you can eventually get used to it. The few times that I take it off it’s like a breath of fresh air looking through the scope.- Covertnoob5
