    I have always said the difference in union and non union is. when the customer bids job they charge same rate. But non union pays there employees less so it’s more money in pocket. In ky when they did away with prevailing wage even the non union companies got pissed cause they used those wages...

    I don’t agree with that. I’ve been running cranes of 20 plus years the most I’ve made on best year is about 130k .yes I’m union I travel some not a lot , but I’m also in ky not the northern states or California either. I will say sometimes a union can price themselves out of work.

    Well I believe I've got all setup. I went shooting today and alworks great just got a whole lot more practice. Thank you all for your help I'm sure I will have more questions in near future.

    No it's not. I believe I have it figured out. I guess when it's on max power the eye relief is hard to get right. If that makes any sense

    Trying to set this scope up. when I put on highest magnification I only get a little circle I can see out of. What am I doing wrong?

    I was first told dynamite but at our safety meeting yesterday morning they said c4. I thought they used a powder mixture now days for blasting rock. But I don't know much when it comes too that work

    They uped it to 20,000 dollars they told us on our job that it was c4 and blasting caps that was stolen.
