    When you tighten the can do you make it snug/hand tight even though the notches on the spring loaded collar don't line up, or do you back it off the the closest notch to lock it in? Thanks, Ron

    I just called today, it went pending 2-27 and I was told 60-90 days before I see the stamp. 90 days would put me at 11 months from the day I mailed the forms...sigh
