    you could also check out Hill knives on the Netherlands. They have some very nice custom third pattern knives in stock. Another source is any of the daggers by Carl Eickhorn company.

    No way that I know of tracking it down. It is a post-WWII knife but to whom they were issued is pretty tough to know. Irish wind also a nice one. Looks like a J. Nowill and sons.

    I would suggest contacting Paul MacDonald, MacDonald Armouries, Glasgow Scotland. He makes the closest thing there is to an original and is a great guy to deal with. He is also military and a swordsman. I have one of his first patterns and really like it a lot.
