Enlisted in USMC in 1972, boot camp at San Diego. Attended Small Arms Repair school, Aberdeen MD. Promoted to SSgt and Warrant Officer same month in 1980. Small Arms Repair Officer, MOS 2120. LDO in 1985, MOS 2102. CWO5 in 1996. OIC, Precision Weapons Repair Section 1986 to 2003. Retired in 2003.

Farming; cattle, horses, pigs. Great Danes and competitive shooting.
