Re: .338 federal I bought 200 grain fusion one cause they were loaded for 25.00 a box and I could save the brass, but I had my dad with me and he noticed a lot of difference in muzzle flash between shells. Re: .338 federal I agree with the 10x statement. The bullet drop is too much for more than that. The ss looks really nice I'll probably go to it. Definitely cooler looking than my antique redfield and i really cant afford the us optics one i want. Lol thanks for all the info.- Dashznt

Re: .338 federal Good point there... I put a 3-9x50 redfield on it and shot about 10 rds through it. I love the way it shoots, but not too happy with that scope. I think I'm going leoupold. Thanks for input.- Dashznt
