    I gave Longrifles (Chad Dixon) a call - and he said he has the program to inlet the stock. Just as I had a bit of a rough time hunting down someone that could do it on a mill, and who had the program for the surgeon bottom metal.

    I called GAP, CDI, and Surgeon, and all no dice on installing the Surgeon bottom metal. Plenty of people will install the Badger, but its like pulling hens teeth trying to find someone to do the Surgeon install.

    I have been searching the forum and cannot seem to find anyone mentioned that can install the Surgeon bottom metal in a HS Precision (Remington Factory) Stock. Does anyone on the hide know of a smith that good that I could ship my stock to in order to have them inlet and install it for me...

    Which Badger Rings should I use for my Remington 700P SA .308 build with a Leupold 3.5-10x40 scope? They will be mounted on a 20 MOA Cant one piece Badger Rail. I see where the USMC is using the .886 or 1" rings on the M40A3. I intend to put a can on this rifle later on, so would that prohibit...
