There are objective measures though that would be useful to list out. IE I've heard cheap scopes in the past couldn't hold zero. But if these Muellers are doing fine taking 6.5CM to 1k yards, then it's notable. Yours has 1/8 MRAD clicks? That's strange. By lack of travel you mean the total...
I spent over $1k a few years ago on a scope and it got me out to 1k yards with .308. I read a lot and in the end, I wanted to minimize the risk of getting a dud and having to start over. I'm now seeing <$250 scopes with lifetime warranty that a reviewer says:
