HSM makes a hunting load with a 210 vld @ 2500 fps. If you found hand loaf with the match vld you will beat the federal gold 185 berger @ 2600. The 210 at that speed is supersonic to about 1285yd @ 29.93 Hg

10-32 screw/bolt is what the Element is tapped for, just go to Home Depot/Lows/Ace and pick up a couple, I used a lock washer with mine

Yesget the folder. First time you have to clean the rifle you will be great full. If you don't get it then you have to adjust your cheek piece over and over again each time you clean.
